Frequently Asked Billing Questions

  • When selecting a subscription plan, you will be required to enter valid payment information. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club debit and credit cards from customers in every country. We offer ACH / wire transfer and payment terms for some customers; contact support for details.

  • DNSFilter’s standard model is per-user. This means that your billing will be based upon the number of users in your organization which have internet access. For more billing information and plan types, visit our Pricing Page.

  • Our educational pricing is based on all students and staff registered at the school (full time and part time, regardless of age). The rate is $4 per person per year (with a $500 minimum). We require a signed letter from an administrative member of that school, on official letterhead, which confirms the number of students and staff.
