Community is a shared safe space
We are a diverse Community with members from different industries, with different backgrounds all here for learning, sharing, and collaboration. To keep the conversation and the platform a great place to be for all members please be kind, respectful, and nice to other members.
DNSFilter’s Community doesn’t accept any discrimination against age, ability, race, nationality, religion, orientation, nor are offensive posts or hate speech tolerated in the Community.
In order to maintain our Community as a safe and comfortable space, the Community team reserves the right to remove any post and any user account for any reason at any time.
Grow and expand your DNSFilter experience with Community
We value your opinion and expertise here in the Community. Please participate in discussions, create posts and contribute in our forums to share your challenges, best practices, and ideas.
To get the most out of our Community, we encourage you to ask for help and offer help. No matter how big, small, or complex your question is, we will try to answer your question to the best of our abilities.
Our Community grows every day, with DNSFilter members who are new to DNSFilter as well as seasoned users. Please join us in giving everyone who joins a warm welcome.
Be authentic
Our Community is unique because it’s made up of personal experiences shared by our members. Please use your own experience to ensure the Community is an authentic space with real and relatable conversations.
Network and connect with DNSFilter customers and partners
Our Community aims to bring our members together to collaborate, connect and learn from each other.
While networking is encouraged, we do not allow any form of advertisement on the Community, and posts including links will be filtered for approval of the Community team - of course, you can use links to non-advertisement related content but your post might take a bit of time to show up as these are flagged for review.
Stay on topic
People are here because these topics interest them. Don’t derail them. Go elsewhere to talk about the history of roller coasters on the Eastern Seaboard.
Information in the Community
DNSFilter is changing and evolving every day with new and improved features, added tools, functions, and updates. Therefore, some content, posts, and information on the Community might not be accurate or up to date. Please always check the date on Community posts and if you notice something that needs to be changed, please ask the Community team by @mentioning or simply leaving a comment under the respective post.
No doxing
You get to publish your own contact info, and that’s it. Let others decide whether they want to put their info (email/phone/address/etc.) into the public realm.
Privacy is important for us
Posts submitted by members are not approved by the Community team before being posted. Therefore, please be careful not to share images, details, etc. that might contain sensitive information. The Community is a public space and all posts on the Community are visible to the public.
Spam
Rely on your own channels for selling. We’re here to exchange ideas, not product recommendations. Don’t spam people. If the level and frequency of posting by an account has an effect on our ability to respond to other users, the Community team reserves the right to remove any post(s) and any user account at any time.
No harassment of any kind
We won’t tolerate personal attacks on our community members. When we say no bullying, sexism, racism, or any other nasty type of ‘ism’, we mean it. We want everyone here to have a great experience.
