Yes. There are several ways to apply multiple policies within the same environment:

Network Forwarding (NAT IPs)
Use NAT IPs to apply different policies to traffic egressing from different public IP addresses. This requires separate external IPs mapped to different Sites. 

LAN Subnets
Create LAN Subnets in the dashboard to assign policies to specific internal IP ranges (for example, Guest Wi-Fi vs. Corporate Servers). Subnets allow you to segment policy enforcement within the same Site without requiring multiple public IP addresses.

Roaming Clients
Assign policies directly to individual devices or users using Roaming Clients.

Relays
Deploy DNS Relays to apply policy enforcement per internal IP range and enable per-machine reporting where Roaming Clients are not installed.
