Page not loading on iOS & macOS

We have received some reports indicating that some domains may have issues loading while using the DNSFilter iOS and macOS roaming clients if the “Hide IP Address” option within Safari settings is enabled. As we continue our investigation into why this is occurring, we recommend disabling this setting if users are experiencing similar issues.

How to disable “Hide IP Address”

Steps to disable “Hide IP Address” on macOS
Go to Safari > Preferences > Privacy > uncheck Hide IP address from trackers

Steps to disable the “Hide IP Address” setting on IOS
Go to Settings > Safari > Hide IP Address > Off.

Please know that this is actively being investigated to find a permanent solution and that this is intended as a temporary solution in the meantime.
