Update IPv6 settings

The DNSFilter Roaming Client supports IPv6 starting with Windows Agent v2.1.0 and macOS Agent v2.4.0. On earlier versions, IPv6-only websites may fail to load. Review the IPv6 and IPv4 local resolver support guide to confirm compatibility for your deployed version, then update the UpstreamIpVersion setting as needed.
