An issue with your multi-user invite? Check out these tips and tricks.
Issue:
You sent an invite, but the recipient never received it.
- Have the recipient check their email and junk mail for the invite
- Confirm the email address is entered correctly
- Ensure they are using the correct access and not a different domain
- Check the end user's junk mail folder
- Resend the invite
If the issues persist, please reach out to support to ensure the email has not been bounced.
