Seeing the wrong block page? Here’s what to check
If you’re seeing the wrong block page when attempting to access a domain with DNSFilter, here are a couple of things to check:
- Correct block page association - Ensure that the correct block page is associated with the Site. If you’re using a Roaming Client, make sure you have the correct block page associated at the device, user, or collection level
- IP address conflicts - If the correct block page is associated, the issue may be that the IP address already exists in another Site. Review any previously used accounts and remove the IP from the Site to resolve this
