How to re-register a site key on existing DNSFIlter installation (Mac)
Is it possible to re-register an existing installation of DNSFilter (Mac) if the initial registration failed or our site key is missing or has changed? Does DNSfilter have a command line tool to inject a site key?

Hey Daniel, you can just update the Site Key in the deployment script and push it again to correct the missing/changed key issue! And if the install is failing from the MDM, you could be missing one of the profiles, causing end-users to get (and likely ignore) the prompts. Double check all 3 are successfully added and that should do the trick.
If you're still seeing installs fail you'll want to start a ticket with Support and provide any output Jamf gives you. That can help them pin point what could be happening the cause the install to fail.

Thanks. Wasnt sure if DNSFilter would get grumpy pushing a pkg on top of an existing install in terms of what happens to the /Library/Application Support/DNSFilter Agent/daemon.conf file.

Nope! If something happens during the re-install that'd be a bug, not a feature 😉 The install script has directions to find any existing daemon and clean it up.
