Anyone with an active DNSFilter account can request access to our Trust Center to view DNSFilter security and compliance documentation. 

The DNSFilter Trust Center houses 3 security documents:

• Consensus Assessment Initiative Questionnaire (CAIQ)
• Service Organization Control Type II Report (SOC 2 Report)
• Most recent Penetration Test Results

Request Trust Center access

Follow these steps to request access to these documents. 

1. Navigate to the DNSFilter Trust Center
2. Fill out the access request form
   
3. Select Request access
4. Our Compliance Team reviews the request, typically within 1 US business day. Once reviewed, you will receive an email notification from Vanta with the subject line DNSFilter has shared their Trust Center with you
5. From the email, select View Trust Center
6. You will be prompted with a Non-disclosure agreement (NDA) 
7.  Review and accept the NDA
   
8. Select Submit

That's it! Trust Center access is granted for one week upon submitting the NDA.
