DNS Randomly breaking on a single device.
One of our customers devices were unable to connect to the internet even after restarting the agent etc.
When I set DHCP to automatic I could connect to the internet.
Has happened on one other device for a company we work with.

Hi NTQ Support, I have created a ticket for you to investigate this issue further with our support team as additional resolution will require one of the affected devices diagnostic logs for review.
Please reply to the ticket created with logs pulled from the device with the agent installed; I have linked our instructions for log collection on both macOS and Windows devices. Please let me know if there's any other context you'd like for us to share in the meantime!

I have a similar issue. So far this has occurred on 2 devices (2 x Microsoft surfaces, using a roaming client). Possibly related to an update. The only option has been to uninstall, and reinstall the agent, which is not ideal
Edit : Possibly related to this…
Windows Roaming Clients 1.11.0 and 1.12.0 will not auto-update – DNSFilter
Q. Does this mean a manual reinstall ? Hopefully not :(

Robert Gardner To confirm, are you also seeing internet connectivity issues, or is the problem primarily revolving around Client versions not updating automatically? If it's the former please let me know and I'd be happy to escalate your request to our support team for further analysis!
