Agent 2.0.8 DNS not working
I am finding clients heading to our jobsites that have roaming client 2.0.8 installed and DNS fails to work. A user connected to WiFi in the job site trailer, had DNS set to 127.0.0.2 but DNS resolution fails. She can't connect to any site. Once I had her remove the address DNS worked. I checked the local firewall logs in the trailer and there was nothing out of the norm and no requests being blocked. Why would the agent fail to resolve anything? Would it be better just to drop the roaming client and set the job site trailers as sites for DNS instead? I'm getting alot of inconsistencies with the agent. When the agent was installed on this client she was connected via ethernet. Now on WiFi it doesn't work. Other laptops in the trailer are working fine.
