Ongoing agent issues
Since the outage last week we have not been able to use the Windows agent. If we have the service running then after a short while DNS requests will intermittently fail.
I have had a ticket open since Friday and still no response. What is going on?

I’m really sorry to hear about the ongoing trouble you’re experiencing with the Windows agent—especially after last week’s outage. I can completely understand how frustrating it must be to deal with intermittent DNS failures on top of delayed support communication.
I did check and can see that you’ve already submitted a ticket and shared diagnostic logs with our support team—thank you for doing that. That info is extremely helpful and puts you a step closer to resolution.
