The MSP Users panel allows you to create and edit permissions for your MSP staff. If you wish to create user accounts for your clients/sub-organizations, you should not create them here, but rather in their own dashboard.
There are three types of users. The difference is discussed in our Users article.
Don't add clients to main MSP account
Creating client user accounts in your MSP dashboard will give clients extraneous privileges and break a separation of concerns. If you wish to make user accounts for your clients, this should be done by warping into their sub-organization dashboard (using the organization menu in the top-left) and then creating a user in their account.
