DNSFilter does not support direct email address changes for user accounts. To update the email address associated with an account, follow these steps to securely transfer account access.
✍️ Organizations with SSO enabled manage all user access through their IdP settings.
Follow these steps from the Organization Users page.

Add a new user using the new email address. This account will serve as the replacement for the current user
🧐 No Add User button? Your Organization has SSO enabled or your account doesn't have the correct permissions to add users. Contact your Organization Admins for assistance. - Assign the same roles and permissions from the original user account
- Confirm the new login works
- If applicable, transfer account ownership
- Remove the old user under the Actions menu
This method maintains account security while supporting the need to update email addresses through structured user management.
