Use this article to enable Data Export per Organization in Sales-managed multi-tenant (MSP) accounts.

Since introducing the Subscription Management page, Sales-managed MSP accounts can enable Data Export for individual Organizations for more flexibility than the previous all-or-nothing approach. 

Follow these steps to enable Data Export for specific Organizations.

Step 1: Request the add-on

Contact your Account Manager to request the add-on. If the direct contact is unknown, send a request to sales@dnsfilter.com for assistance.

After the request is processed, the add-on will be made available in the subscription management system.

Step 2: Open Subscription Management

After confirmation that the add-on has been enabled:

1. Navigate to the Subscription Management page
2. Locate the Organization that should receive the add-on

Use the search field to quickly find the Organization if multiple Organizations are present.

Step 3: Assign the add-on to the Organization

1. Select the pencil icon to edit the Organization
2. Update the Organization configuration to assign the Data Export add-on
3. Save the changes

Step 4: Configure the feature

After the add-on is assigned, configure Data Export from the Data Export tab under Tools.

Once the configuration is complete, the Subscription Management dashboard Data Export column in will automatically align with the Total Usage column.
