MSP account users with admin permissions or higher can manage DNSFilter dashboard access by adding staff as Users for the MSP Organization.
🚨 Important: The MSP Users tab is exclusive for your MSP staff: never add client users from the MSP Organization's dashboard. Creating client user accounts in the MSP dashboard will give clients extraneous privileges and break a separation of concerns.
See our user permissions article to understand the different permission types, including steps to change the account owner and resend user invitations.
