Follow this article to reset your DNSFilter dashboard password. 

1. From the DNSFilter login page, select Forgot Password

2. Enter the email address associated with your DNSFilter account and select Request New Password

3. Follow the prompt to check your email for next steps. The email subject line is Reset Password

Passwords should contain at least 8 characters and at least 3 of the following 4 types of characters:

• Lower case letter (a-z)
• Upper case letter (A-Z)
• Number (0-9)
• Special character (e.g. !@#$%^&*)
