In order to reset your DNSFilter dashboard, navigate to the DNSFilter login view and select: Forgot Your Password as seen below.
Once you've selected Forgot Your Password, you will be prompted to enter the email address of your DNSFilter account. Proceed to enter your email address into the required field.
After entering in a valid email, you will be greeted with a success message alerting you that an email will be sent to email address you submitted.
Head over to your email provider and you should be greeted with an email from DNSFilter with the subject line Reset Password. Follow the instructions within the email in order to continue to the final steps of your password rest. If you've not received an email from DNSFilter within 10 minutes from submitting your request, please contact support.
