Follow these troubleshooting steps to resolve Network Error messaging while updating Allow, Block, or Universal Lists. If the Allow/Block list fails to update you may be experiencing a duplicate entries error.
When the Allow, Block, or Universal List returns a network error message the first step is to double check the entry formatting to confirm it matches what the dashboard can accept.
