If the app spins indefinitely after clicking Save when adding a domain to the allow or block list, follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue:
Use an incognito or private browsing window
- Open the dashboard in an incognito/private window
- Retry adding the domain. Browser extensions or system settings may block expected page actions
Check for network errors
- Reproduce the issue while recording a HAR (HTTP Archive) file
- Look for a
net::ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR
in the logs; this often points to bad cache or interfering extensions - Clear the browser cache and disable active extensions
- Retry the action
If the issue persists, capture a fresh HAR file and send it to the support team for further review.
