Submit a Request
DNSFilter customers do not need to create an account to submit a request to our Support team.
Submit a request from the app (Support > Open a Ticket) or from the top of any help center page (Submit a request).
Include HAR files and/or diagnostic logs with the request to quickly troubleshoot Roaming Client-related issues. Here are the Windows and macOS instructions to retrieve those resources.
Create an account
- Navigate to help.dnsfilter.com
- Select Sign in
- Select Sign up
- Fill out the fields:
a. Full Name: your name
b. Email address: the DNSFilter account email address. This must match the email used to sign up for the account - Select Sign up
- Navigate to the email inbox for the verification email
- Follow the prompts to create a password. This does not need to match the DNSFilter account password
The account is now created and logged into the help center portal.
