DNSFilter's help center has a user portal to submit and track requests, view article comments, write Community posts, and view followed posts. Use this article to create and navigate a help center user account.
Create an account
- Navigate to help.dnsfilter.com
- Select Sign in
- Select Sign up
- Fill out the fields:
- Full Name: your name
- Email address: the DNSFilter account email address. This must match the email used to sign up for the account
- Select Sign up
- Navigate to the email inbox for the verification email
- Follow the prompts to create a password. This does not need to match the DNSFilter account password
The account is now created and logged into the help center portal.
Submit a Request
Submit a request to our Support team from the help center.
- Navigate to the DNSFilter help center and sign in using the steps above
✍️ You can also reach the help center from the in-app Resource Center. Select the mail icon next to Contact us for a link to the help center home page. - From the top navigation bar, select Submit a request
Quickly view open requests from the help center navigation bar (Requests) or under Activities.
Include HAR files and/or diagnostic logs with the request to quickly troubleshoot Roaming Client-related issues. Here are the Windows and macOS instructions to retrieve those resources.
Navigate the portal
Anytime the account is logged in there is an option to view Activities. View by selecting the Account Name.
My requests. View a list of open, solved, and in-process support tickets related to the DNSFilter account. You can also view any Support tickets you're CC'd on.
Contributions. View Community posts, Community comments, and article comments.
Following. See a full list of articles and Community posts you follow. Use this space to manage followed articles.
