Because our pricing is based on the honor system, we want you to be able to track usage to make sure you're billed accurately.

This page also summarizes how we calculate usage metrics and links to the page to make billing updates if necessary. For more usage detail see the DNSFilter Acceptable Use Policy.  

Account users with admin permissions or higher can review the last six month's usage from the DNSFilter dashboard and update their subscription at anytime. 

1. From the DNSFilter dashboard, navigate to Organization (MSP partners navigate to MSP)
2. Select Billing
3. From the Subscription tab, select the link under View your usage summary here
   
   
   
   
4. Review the User Count to confirm your subscription users aligns. MSP accounts can drill down to view a traffic breakdown by Organization from this page
