Due to recent updates with our billing system, the API will return an 422 error with the message "Cannot update subscription because there are scheduled changes for it" if the account tries making a user or Wi-Fi count update while an existing payment is in-progress.
Though this interruption is rare, try to update the account again after a period of time. The billing action can take up to 24 hours to complete, but is more typically resolved in as little as five minutes.
