The Policy Audit Log, which displays the record of changes to policies for the previous year, is included with Pro pricing plans and above.
The default view is global changes across all filtering policies, including information on
- What changed. This information is separated by added and removed
- Who issued the change. The individual that performed the update
- When the change occurred. The displayed time is local to the dashboard location
Use this tool to troubleshooting filtering policy changes. If troubleshooting with our Support team, include the timezone and timestamp of the policy change to help them investigate.
Use the drop down menu to filter by a specific filtering policy. Universal List updates for both MSP and Standard Organizations are listed as their own policy in the drop down, e.g. select Universal List to only view updates to that global setting.

Can the audit logs be retrieved via the API? If so, which endpoint provides access to them?
Hey, Earl Onipa great question! Audit log retrieval via the API isn't available, but it's something worth keeping an eye on as we continue expanding API capabilities.
