Whitelabel settings
Customize any of these settings from the MSP Organization MSP Whitelabel dashboard.
✍️ Not all customizations are required, e.g. You can add a custom logo without using a custom domain.
Whitelabel Setting | Description |
Dashboard Name | The dashboard name is displayed throughout the client-facing dashboard in their sub-org and is usually your company name. |
Custom Domain Mapping (CNAME) | Enter a CNAME to map to a custom domain, e.g. filter.yourcompany.com, for the client's filtering dashboard. |
Custom Logo and Favicon |
When a custom domain is configured, these logos will appear in client views:
Otherwise uploading a custom logo makes it available for use in customer email templates, and replaces the DNSFilter logo in PDF reports. |
Customer Contact Email | The destination address for support tickets submitted through client dashboards. |
Customer Administrators can create Sites |
This toggle controls whether client admins can create and edit Sites, and add and edit Local Domains from their dashboard. When disabled, MSP staff with admin permissions or higher must manage Site upkeep. This setting is off by default and is universal for all the MSP's Organizations. Note that allowing client admins to create Sites can increase traffic, resulting in a higher bill. |
