Because our pricing is based on the honor system, we want you to be able to track usage to make sure you're billed accurately.
The Billing page includes:
- a high-level usage summary with recommended license counts based on usage and deployed Roaming Clients
- a deep dive into data usage (more below)
Account users with admin permissions or higher can review the last six month's usage from the DNSFilter dashboard and update their subscription at anytime.
- From the DNSFilter dashboard, navigate to Organization (MSP partners navigate to MSP)
- Select Billing
- From the Subscription tab, select the link under View your usage summary here
- Review the License Count to confirm your subscription users aligns. MSP accounts show usage of all Organizations rolled into a single summary
Seeing excessive usage?
Excessive usage can signal that the organization has an infected device creating repeated DNS queries. We've documented several ways to investigate the issue to determine the source and correct the issue.
