Follow these steps to generate a HAR file to send to our Support team for browser related issues such as Block Page not fully loading or a domain that's partially loading.
Generate a HAR file
- From Chrome, open the webpage where the issue is occurring
- Select the menu icon ( ⋮ )
- Select More Tools
- Select Developer Tools
- From the panel, select the Network tab. Keep the menu open for this full process
- Confirm the Record button is red. If it is grey, click the button once to start recording
✍️ If it doesn't turn red, check the Preserve log box
- Click the Crossed circle button (pictured beside Record above) to clear existing logs
- Reproduce the issue while the network requests are recorded
- Download the HAR file
- Select Export HAR
- Save the file to the device
- Select Save as HAR with Content
- Upload the HAR file to the Support request
